The effect of some drugs which have been shown above can produce a certain relief for people suffering from tinnitus. This relief is unfortunately not long enough to make a difference. A drug with longer-lasting effects needs to be developed. Although there are certain drugs that may be a possilbe solution for relieving tinnitus, they are not appropriate for everyone.
